Captured pins increase safety and reliability of the main wear points on the machine.
When you add replaceable Tivar slides on the hammer it allows for smooth operation when driving posts and extends life of the beam.
We use high quality materials such as NZ Steel plate, Mitsubishi Tivar 88 plastic, Koman hydraulic hose. We make all of our hydraulic cylinders in house to ensure a high quality standard.
Robotic welding has massivly improved our quality standard and spead up our manufacturing process all well making a cleaner better looking machine for the end customer.
